How to place an order<\/p>\n
To place an order you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Add to cart”. The prices published for each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order and are valid except for typographical errors or end of the promotion. The published prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT and are valid for orders placed within Spain. <\/p>\n

In any case, the bids shall be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the bid price.<\/p>\n
In ALMAZARA ARTAL there is no minimum purchase requirement.<\/p>\n
Shipping costs will be assumed by ALMAZARA ARTAL in purchases over 120 euros and provided that shipments are to the Iberian Peninsula.<\/p>\n
For the Balearic Islands shipping costs are 18\u20ac.<\/p>\n
For shipments to the Canary Islands or outside Spain, please consult in advance who assumes the shipping costs.<\/p>\n
Methods of payment<\/p>\n
Products shall be paid in advance by credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n

Delivery terms and form<\/p>\n
You will be informed via e-mail of the estimated delivery time. We are committed to ship the products in the shortest possible time. In any case, the order will be delivered within 72 hours, except in case of force majeure. <\/p>\n
Warranty<\/p>\n
Customers will benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items. In the event that the item does not carry this document, it will be sufficient to keep the purchase invoice, in accordance with Law 3\/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of November 16. <\/p>\n
Damage due to incorrect use or handling of the product, or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product, are not included in this warranty.<\/p>\n
Product Returns and Exchanges<\/p>\n
With our after-sales service we try to offer a fast and efficient attention to our customers in order to solve any problem with our products or shipments.<\/p>\n
If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately via e-mail at info@almazaraartal.com. After two (2) working days following receipt of the product, no claims related to transportation will be accepted.<\/p>\n
ALMAZARA ARTAL assumes the transportation costs caused by the return of the product due to manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n
If you want to make a return, please inform us by mail and check that you have the original packaging, in the case of software or books, they must be properly sealed and packed. Transport costs will be paid by the customer except for exceptions duly authorized by www.almazaraartal.com. <\/p>\n
Product manufactured to customer specifications will not be returned.<\/p>\n
Right of withdrawal<\/p>\n
The User has the recognized right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the Website www.almazaraartal.com, and may return the product, if not satisfied, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product.<\/p>\n
To make such return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer. <\/p>\n
Pursuant to Article 103.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, or being applicable to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, therefore the right of withdrawal may not be exercised on bottles that have been opened, for example, due to the rapid deterioration of the contents in such cases.<\/p>\n
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated and provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been previously received.<\/p>\n
The right of withdrawal will be carried out, sending to ALMAZARA ARTAL through the email info@almazaraartal.com the will to exercise this right. Once the communication is received, ALMAZARA ARTAL will inform the customer of the steps and measures to be considered to carry out the right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n
The language or languages in which the contract may be formalized, when this is not the language in which the information prior to the contract was offered. Royal Decree Law 1\/2007 of November 16, 2007 (art. 97.1.i). <\/p>\n
In the event that the consumer or user exercises the right of withdrawal after submitting a request pursuant to Article 98.8 or Article 99.3, the information that in such a case the consumer or user must pay the entrepreneur reasonable costs in accordance with Article 108.3. Royal Decree Law 1\/2007 of November 16 (Article 97.1.l) <\/p>\n
Unless the trader himself offers to collect the goods, the consumer and user shall return or hand them over to the trader, or to a person authorized by the trader to receive them, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to the trader, in accordance with Article 106. <\/p>\n
The consumer and user shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the entrepreneur has agreed to bear them or has not informed the consumer and user that he has to bear these costs.<\/p>\n
In the case of off-premises contracts in which the goods have already been delivered to the consumer and user’s home at the time the contract is concluded, the entrepreneur will collect the goods at his own expense when, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned by post. Royal Decree Law 1\/2007 of November 16 (art.108.1) <\/p>\n
Right of exclusion<\/p>\n
ALMAZARA ARTAL reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and\/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who violate the Terms of Use of the portal.<\/p>\n
ALMAZARA ARTAL will pursue the breach of the Conditions of Use of the portal, as well as any improper use of its portal exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.<\/p>\n
