This label identifies our oil as an exclusive product whose origin is in the northeast of Teruel and the southeast of Zaragoza. This is one of the most important olive oil production areas in Spain.
In this part of the Spanish geography grow olive trees of green and black olives, cultivated in the traditional way, some of them being centenary trees. From them is obtained an extra virgin olive oil of a golden color, of medium intensity and green or yellow tonality.
Its smell and taste are also of medium intensity, with very little bitterness and somewhat spicy, with sweet notes and, therefore, with a perfect balance.
