The Evooleum guide is a prestigious guide that each year selects the 100 best extra virgin olive oils in the world. It is a bilingual publication (Spanish-English) promoted by Mercacei, a publishing group specialized in the olive oil, olive grove and table olive sector, and AEMO, the Spanish Association of Olive Municipalities.
For 2023, our Safeito oil has been included in the Evooleum guide, thus achieving another milestone in our company’s history. An award that rewards years of passion, dedication and effort in an ambitious project to create an extra virgin olive oil with superior quality and based on a philosophy of sustainability and circular economy.
The guide highlights the excellent flavor of our oil:
“This juice from Teruel surprises on the nose with a very intense fruity nose of green and ripe olives at the same time. Very complex in nuances, with presence of apple, banana and almond, culminating with notes of berries, aromatic herbs and vanilla.”
